CORRECTED-Viacom buys Telefonica's Telefe for $345 mln

Nov 15 (Reuters) - Viacom Inc, the owner of Comedy

Central, Nickelodeon and MTV, said on Tuesday it bought

Argentine broadcaster Television Federal SA (Telefe) for $345

million in cash.
