Infineon to buy Cree unit Wolfspeed for $850 million

FRANKFURT, July 14 (Reuters) - German chipmaker Infineon

Technologies said on Thursday it had agreed to buy

Cree division Wolfspeed Power and RF for $850 million

in cash.
