Baupost took $461 mln Allergan stake before Pfizer deal collapsed

NEW YORK, May 13 (Reuters) - Seth Klarman's Baupost Group

took a new stake in the first quarter in Allergan Plc,

before the drugmaker's $160 billion merger with Pfizer Inc

was terminated last month.
